Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

We didn't intend on getting pregnant this soon, so I was doing the LE diet loosely so I didn't lose too much weight. I was still eating small amounts of meat here and there but not much.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I started loosely from November, so about 3 months.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Yes, stopped breakfast altogether. Would go 16 hours at least before eating. Felt dizzy by lunch time.

Did DH change his diet with you?

No

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week. I was tanked on our night of attempt.

DId you try to limit caffeine?

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

Any Diet Details?

I stayed below 1500 cal, 2 meals a day. Didn't drop meat entirely though, but limited it a lot.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

One attempt. I am at my lowest weight since being an adult. Very different way of eating for me. I was hungry most of the time.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Not really watching nutrients enough with LE diet but on the other hand I didnt want to become obsessive about it either.

Things worth mentioning:

Not being obsessive about this sway (goes against my natural control freak inclination) Sort of glad it happened without me trying too hard. I think the night of drinking helped, ha!

Tech guessed 70% chance of boy at 13.5 week scan, but we saw the pee pee loud and clear!
