Anyone have experience with early ovulation?

I've been charting cycles on and off for several years now. With the exception of pregnancy/breastfeeding, my cycles are always between 28-30 days and I have always ovulated between CD 14-CD16 . When I chart my cycles using FF I always get a textbook temp rise at the perfect time, no confusion.

This cycle we aren't TTC, but I'm still tracking my cycles so it's easier for me to track O when we TTC in June/July. I got a huge temp rise on CD8 and my temps have stayed elevated for several days now (currently on CD12) .

I've been on LE for about a month now and I began heavy cardio (45-60 minutes a day of running/walking) about 3 weeks ago. Not sure if that could play a part in this? I have heard that LE diet/exercise can cause LATE ovulation, but I've never heard of early ovulation before.

Is it possible to ovulate VERY early (ie CD8) or are my temps just showing a classic ovulation spike randomly this month at the wrong time. I don't have any OPK data because I don't usually start testing OPKs until CD13.

Also I'm having a bit of a panic attack because we BD on CD4 (because I have never ovulated before CD14 in my life!) and now I'm paranoid I'm pg before I had a good chance to sway

I doubt the sway tactics would cause early O but it's possible. More likely this is a fluke month. Prior to my MC I had cycles just like yours except that a couple times a year I would O very early or late. I have Oed on CD5 and gotten pg from BD on CD2!

It does sound like you did O. What was your CM like since BDig (ie on CD4-8)? If not fertile I think you are unlikely to conceive.

Sorry if TMI but DH has assured me I am not pg because he is 1000% sure he successfully pulled out

I am still weirded out by this cycle, however.

maidentomother - ever since having my son, I only have EWCM during my LP (usually around CD 20ish?), very weird. I haven't had EWCM during my FW since before conceiving my son. No idea why ! Thanks for posting your experience - I guess it's just one of those weird fluke cycles and I shouldn't worry.

I'm definitely a classic boy mom who overthinks EVERYTHING and wants to know WHY I ovulated early rather than just blowing it off, but I realize that's crazy !

Le has made me o early. 5 days early the first month on it and 4 days early the 2nd.

Swaying can definitely mess up O...meaning it can be earlier OR later. It's a good sign...something is changing, different than before I wouldn't be worrying if you got a BFP this month, I really think it's a good sign!

Thanks Abifsac and Anchor! It seems like most of the ladies on LE are ovulating late (or maybe just the late ones are on the forums commenting on it), so the fact that I was early really freaked me out.

I ovulated early the cycle I got PG with our loss. I would have missed it but I had a feeling to test and yep a pos opk!
