Diet:
On HE diet since January 1st. Trying to eat as clean as possible, all good whole fat foods full of nutrients. Eating 3 meals per day with balanced Protein and Carbs.
Snacking - 3-4 per day with nuts, crackers and cheese, corn chips and cream cheese, banana bread made with protein powder with Chocolate Coconut butter spread on.

Cut out all white breads, etc Coconut oil for all cooking.

Cut out everything low fat, diet, low calorie...only eating whole foods.

Cut out diet drinks completely 2 years ago
DH cut out energy drinks 4 months ago

Made smoothies for breakfast week leading up to O with Avo, Coconut water, Blueberries, Banana, Chai seeds and protein powder.


Cycle:
Charted using opk's. Not temping as it messes with my sleep.

Attempt:
BD O-3, O-1 and O - DH O first, then I O while still inside. Lay still for 15mins after.

And one I have stolen from Flava: Heat pack on tummy 20mins per day CD8 - 4dpo

We did one identical attempt in June minus the Clomid...then in July finally caved and took the Clomid...worked first go! BFP at 10dpo!
