    Please help! want to sway pink...

    And I am so confused with all the info. What is the best info to follow? here is some of my info:

    Mama to 2 boys (desperately want a girl)

    I am 32 dh is 45

    I take vita b 100 daily along with vita d

    I have endometriosis and tend to O LATE. Please help me!

    hiya, im a newbie and just getting my head around all the info, but id suggest getting a swaying plan from atomic on the main forum, everyone swears by them and shel tell you all the info that you'l need, i ordered mine last week so should have it this comming week i cant wait to get started x

    Hi and welcome! I have your questionnaire and will get to work on your plan right away. Normally I have people wean off b vitamins and vitamin D and just take folic, but some people need to continue them if they need for health (I will know more when I do your plan and will give you advice specifically for you)

    Thanks Atomic. I just stopped taking them. I don't need the D now that the days are longer and there is more sun. Just needed them in the winter. I also just stopped the vitamin B. If it sways blue I want it out of my system ASAP. I have also cut back my milk intake as I was a HUGE milk drinker. Cut back to 500ml of skim per day plus one serving of yogourt (175 g I think).
