Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I was very good about the diet the first month and the second month, hardly at all. I tend to eat a low calorie diet anyway, but I stopped drinking crystal light. I drank peppermint tea every night, skipped breakfast, and avoided bananas and tomatoes. I also started taking my multivitamin again (Alive vitamins) as I felt like it was affecting my energy levels. I didn't work out at all the first month and didn't lift my small arm weights, but started both of those up again the second month.

I only did the true LE the first month.

The first month, my husband did FR, but that was a lot for him. The second month, we relaxed everything and we just abstained for 9 days. I used Rephresh the day before our attempt and took Benadryl a few hours before our attempt.
