I am all set to start my 7 weeks of HE diet. I did 6 weeks on the diet in May/June and gained 7 lbs. stopped diet for 4 weeks of fasting. Lost 1 lbs. Now I am restarting my diet and plan to attempt mid September.
Is 7 weeks enough ?

Yes, even though for pink sways we do see better results with longer on diet, for BLUE sways we are getting good results even after only 7 weeks!

Awesome !
I did ask another question but wonder if u could answer here about how much wheatgrass to take in a day milligram wise ? And any difference between powder, capsule or juice ? I am planning on adding 5000 mg daily of wheatgrass in capsule form for this second round of HE. I didnot do it before

That seems like a lot! Most of the capsules I have seen are more like 500. Sometimes with blue swaying, it's best to stick with smaller doses of things, because megadoses may not be good either - some plants have naturally occuring chemicals that are ok in small amounts but may be toxic at higher doses.
Different companies formulate their products differently though, so it is tough for me to give a blanket guideline on things like that. Going off the dose on the bottle is usually the best bet.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thats the dose on the nottle 5 capsules of 1000mg. I did think it was a lot so decided i should ask on the forum. Should i take the full dose then or cut down to 2 to 3 capsules a day ?

I'd start with one and see how it goes. If it upsets your stomach then I would not take any more than that. I'd stick with only 2 a day.
