Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I tried the best I could with diet. I found skipping breakfast wasn't for me most days.. but id wait until around 10 am to eat it.

I started eating a lot of white carbs. White Rice and bread. something that was FOREIGN to me. I just got off low calorie diet/routine for the past few years and had lost a lot of weight with that. Unfortunately with the LE diet.. I didn't lose weight. I think my body HATES carbs. lol
I was drinking a lot of diet pop/soda though and very little meat.

He drank diet pop with me.
Stopped eating red meat. (only on occasion)

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

Lots of homemade pasta salad.
Upped my calcium intake. Low fat yogurt/cheese once a day.
Crystal light and diet pop
White carbs
Icecream
sugary low nutrient foods like pop tarts on occasion.
few glasses of wine on occasion

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

Diet I found hard as I felt sluggish. Again I am not used to white carbs. but I must say I enjoyed the sweets though!

I tried to do 1 hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. but toward the end there I wasn't doing it so frequently.

So this is where things got tricky for me.
I started tracking Ovulation with temps and OPK. on day 12 of my cycle I got a faint + line on the cheapo-OPK (dollar store kind) .I ran out and got the digital kits (thinking that they were more accurate!) and re tested later that day. It was negative. SO I didn't think I was ovulating. We DTD every 4 days this month. for a total of 2 times.
We DTD day 8 of cycle and then the night after the + on the test (Day 13.)
So to recap: 2 days before O and O day. Were assuming that we conceived the day of O since we DTD the next day after the + on the OPK.

I never received another + on the digital tests all month. I was convinced I missed "O". Thank goodness I was tracking my temps too bc fertility friend website pin pointed my O to be day 12. (early for most). My temp had a small dip on DPO 6 (implantation day), and then remained high. sign of pregnancy.

Only did Represh once after AF this month. Didn't get preg last month and was nervous we were swaying TOO HARD!

I was making hubby FR since day after AF b/c with both boys we were abstaining. I wanted almost everything to be different this time.

Hubby took LR and Cranberry. since AF this cycle. I don't think he was remembering to take it 3x a day though. lol

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

We really feel like we swayed the best we could. Hubby was full on board with me, which made it a lot easier.
I had been to a psychic two times in the past 2 years and both times she said that I have a daughter that is waiting to be born. Last time I saw her, was in May. She told me that I will be pregnant RIGHT AWAY, and that the baby will be born with snow still on ground. (our baby is due in March. we will still have snow!).
Its funny b/c hubby and I both said that if this wasn the month.. next we were going to drop a lot of the swaying tactics to get pregnant. We are just so shocked and happy that this was our month!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

We went out that night after the deed and had the most delish cheeseburgers! Prob not the best thing.. red meat! BUT DARN IT WAS GOOD! LOL

We have faith that whatever happens is meant to befor our family, and that boy or girl... we are thrilled!
I will update this as soon as I know the gender~

UPDATE--ITS A GIRL!!
We could not be happier. I dont know what part of the sway worked for us but feel confident that this website is amazing and all the ladies on it!
I will say this pregnancy has been very different than with the boys. Alot harder and more sickness. ... but she is worth it!
