EWCM- lots and lots

Crap. I am starting to get lots of ewcm. Last month I didnt get much, but now I am starting to get a lot. I'm afraid my sway isnt going to work and I'll end up having another boy.

Did you try Zyrtec? Maybe that helps?

Another thought: Are you consuming a lot of dairy? I quite often hear, that the body starts producing a lot of mucus when drinking a lot of milk. E.g. my pediatrician suggests no milk when the kids suffer from a "productive cough".
Not sure, but maby milk increases vaginal mucus as well??

last month I had cm only.
This month I found ewcm.
diet wise, almost same. 😞

I have been using claritin (cetrizine) the last 2 days and it hasnt helped much. Dynazyme, I have actually cut dairy out of my diet because I was such a huge milk drinker. Now I only cinsume coffee cream and I have had some tzatiki sauce, but but not tons of it. Now what should I do? Anyone know.

You can take BOTH cetirizine and diphenhydramine together if you are really making a ton of CM. This was confirmed safe to me by both doctors and pharmacists because they act on different parts of the body.

This is also one of those things where even though I don't normally recommend this, some people have used a storebought douche one time 4-8 hours before BD and it may help in ONLY THIS SITUATION!!!!

RE milk and mucus, that is an Old Wives Tale that many doctors once believed but has been debunked thoroughly in many studies over the past 25 years.

Just to clarify, Claritin is not cetirizine. Zyrtec is cetirizine. Generic Claritin is loratadine. When I take Claritin it does nothing. When I take Zyrtec (cetrizine) it makes me dryer than the Sahara!! Zyrtec and Claritin are not the same!!

thanks! I meant to mention that but had a poo diaper right in the middle of that! Great catch.

I also find that Claritin does diddly squat for my allergies, let alone CM!

Claritin also doesn't work if you drink orange juice! Says so right in the package, messes it up. So odd...

grapefruit juice also can interfere with the way some meds function (and both OJ and GJ may make more CM anyway)
