Which Sudafed???

Aren't there 2 kinds?? one is Sudafed phenylephrine and the other is Sudafed psuedoephedrine...which one are we supposed to take or does it matter? I've only seen the psuedoephedrine one

The pseudoephedrine one.

That having been said, I VASTLY prefer that people use antihistamines rather than Sudafed. Sudafed has been linked to strokes in young women, esp. those who are taking blood thinners (a lot of pink swayers are taking aspirin/cran.)

Hmmm....what else do you suggest I use rather than Sudafed? I'm trying to sway my odds with little things here and there but def not worth any health risks! I just wanna get the right thing

You could try Zyrtec and/or Benadryl x

Like Zana said, Zyrtec (cetirazine) or Benedryl (diphenhydramine) are both much safer than Sudafed and will dry that CM right up. You can even take them both if one alone doesn't work.
