    I am finally on here!!!

We just started TTC this month. We have 4 girls and 2 boys and are trying to even the playing field a little. Here on the farm DH says he needs more "man" help. So, we are TTCing for a healthy boy. I appreciate all the work that goes into getting all this info in one place. I have read and re-read on this website over the past couple months and the info has been great. DH is taking some supplements, but is having a hard time cutting back on the sweeties. I am not going to stress about it though, TTC should be fun. I have charged my diet quite a bit.... more protein, lemon water, paying attention to potassium, and eating more often. I still have full fat dairy, but we don't eat tons of it....you know butter, cream sauces, oatmeal with milk, etc. I have to say I have gained 3 pds though, I was hoping to avoid that.

All the sudden I will see a commercial about steaks or all beef burgers and I think "I should eat that"

Can't wait to get more involved with this forum!!!
