Hello, I'm not "new" to the site as I've been reading posts and following the LE diet for 5 months or sobut I am new to posting. I do what to mention that I love reading everyone's stories! I am currently in the midst of my girl sway and although I don't have questions surrounding the diet ...I do have some questions in terms of how long I should stay in the sway before giving up or lightening up on some things. I have gone through 4 unsuccessful cycles now (no bfp) and I know that's not a long time but considering I'm 35 (mom to 1 boy) I wonder how long you recommend I stay on the full force sway. I do a pretty good job sticking to the LE diet and I currently use SYLK when bd and take antihistamine/zyrtec. I temp and use opk as my cycle is a little inconsistent.
Should I loosen up on the LE diet or other part of the sway if I don't get bfp soon? Any advice would be helpful thanks.

Hi and welcome
. I would drop the sylk and antihistamines. They don't seem to be doing much. When are you BDing?
Very blessed with

Do NOT loosen the diet, but drop antihistamines and sylk. Are you too dry to BD without lube? If so I'd use a tiny bit of sperm friendly lube (YesBaby is my preference) when BDing. Otherwise stick with your natural CM. Do you have a lot of EWCM?
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Hi and welcome!
Yes, it's time to start dropping things.
KEEP diet. Antihistamine, jelly, frquency, timing, all those things are really ineffective but also really cut odds of conception. I would start dropping any or all of them while sticking to diet. Longer on diet has gotten better results for pink anyway.
I also need to be sure you are not adding attempts to try and get pg. One attempt has gotten MUCH better results than jelly, antihistamine, timing, or frequency so try to avoid the temptation to add attempts while keeping things that are not seeming to work well for us.!!!
