So Ladies, I've decided to open this thread after participating at another for spring season. My plans have changed (had to move my sway for November) so practically here I am again, re-starting my diet and prepparing my sway. I think it's a good idea to share what we eat so we can "steal" some ideas from another for "tomorrow" plan.
I'll start with my day of LE DIET. I am trying to keep 1200-1500 kcal and skip breakfast.
I'm using MyfitnessPal to count my calories and fats.

12:00 - peppermint tea
14:30 - 1 box of 250 gr 0,2% fat - cow cheese -
1 slice of watermelon -
3 crispello Milka -
1 choco cow milka
Half of coke 0 (330 ml)
22:00 - spaghetti with pumpkin and pesto souce.
Baked goat cheese -
- 2 light coke of 200 ml each
No exercise today.
Total of :1000 kcal - 44% carbohydrates and 33% fat , 22% protein.My family puzzle is complete now 💕

12:00 peppermint tea
14:30 - bean soup with 2 slice of white hot bread
Pancakes with coconut, chocolat and champagne
Sparkling water 500 ml
21:30 - salad of carrots, green salad, beets, pepper and feta cheese (souce of yughurt with basil and mint) - 100 gr.
Pancakes with cherry jam
Coke zero 330 ml
Peppermint tea.
Total : 1300 kcal. 53% carbo, 37% fat and 10% protein.My family puzzle is complete now 💕
