I've just read on a post that 'woman on top' sways girl, is this true?

Is FR still recommended?

Or if abstaining, how long for?

How do you know how long to abstain for without knowing when you ovulate? I think I read, abstain 7 days before trying.

Jump & dump?

First try once you have a positive OPK or day after +OPK?

every 4days plus one time @ +opk

or abstrained 8days then one time at first +opk sighted.

personally feel woman on top increase the odds of conceiveing girl. (Give a try this bd pattern who knows it could be your lucky mth!)

we really don't have the level of data to answer questions in terms of "is this true" or not.

I doubt positions sway too awfully much but they're easy to do. Theoretically woman on top is said to sway pink.

I am moving away from any frequency pattern because they are not getting the results to justify their existence.

abstian 7-10 days before ATTEMPT, not ovualtion. IF you don't know when you're going to ovulate, yes, that makes it more difficult and I'd go with every 4 day method instead.

I think best results for conception is day OF pos OPK.
