Very low testosterone - do I have to worry?

I got the results of my hormones (CD3) and my gynecologist told me I have very very low testosterone levels!!
He wants to repeat the analysis because that's very unusual.

Can it be due to LE diet? Do we have any experiences and do I have to worry about fertility?

Yes, that is at least in part the point of the whole thing! I recall you were taking some herbs and they also may lower T.

It shouldn't reduce your fertility. IT's P and E you have to worry about there. but I would be interested to see if your doc feels it needs to be treated and what his/her analysis is.

Well I take vitex (my doc told me to continue with new vitex-drops; he said the one I took for the last month's are meaningless; I just trust him 😖 He is very good for fertility issues)
    and I took saw palmetto.

As I wrote, he wants to repeat the analysis. And he told that I am definitely too young for such a T decrease. And he said, I bet you do not think about sex quite often 😄😄😄!
    P and E is okay btw. Let's see!! 😊

Vitex is believed to lower testosterone.

That's what I was asking my doc and he said, no it should not be due to vitex 😒?

Anyway, I did some literature search and I also did not find any fertility problems with low testosterone. Androgen deficiency in women is actually not that big deal and some endocrinologysts even do not treat it.

Well, I can pretty much guarantee that I know more about vitex than the average doc and YES it does lower testosterone.

I don't think the low T is an issue as long as P and E are ok (sorry to repeat myself, I know we have a bit of a language barrier). Sometimes, low T comes along with low P and E and then that is a prob. for fertility. But just like you say, low T in and of itself in women, is not supposed to reduce fertility.
