What are some of the easiest things I can do for my boy sway??

So I am doing a gently sway, took that from another poster. I take a prenatal vitamin everyday as well as a B-complex. I eat a whole grain english muffin for breakfast with either a laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it or peanut butter and jelly on it. I drink two cups of coffee sweetend with stevia and coffeemate french vanilla creamer. I cook dinner everynight, healthy stuff I like to think. SO I usually have leftovers for lunch or if there are none then I have a lunchmeat sandwich. What are some easy things I can do to sway boy? I read a ton of info on here and it seems a bit overwelming. Thanks soooo much!!

There is a wealth of info in the boy sway section. I would start reading there. I know there is a lot to take in, but it is all good, useful info. Make sure you have protein and carbs together when you eat, and eat often, to keep your blood sugar stable. Eat right when you wake up (don't skip breakfast) and eat a late night snack. Good luck!

I was taking TT, krill oil, coconut oil and RJ/BP (although I don't think TT is recommended anymore). Eating TONS of meat and dairy and protein shakes every morning. Start reading...you don't need to do it all, but gentle sways have definitely worked for others in the past...GL!

I would second the snacking, nuts and dried fruits, full fat yogurts, eggs, hot cocoa, etc. Also your breakfast looks a little light in protein ( if just 1 muffin and 1 wedge of laughing cow would be less than 10g) but if it is 2 then I am sure that would be fine.

I have been trying to think back to when we conceived all our girls as to what i ate and such. My first was a BC mistake, no idea when i got pregnant there and i was only 18 then. Then i had an ectopic a year and a half after our first daughter was born. Then i became obsessed with getting pregnant and was DTD like every day to every other day, took us about 9 months to get preggo again and that time we ended up with identical twin girls. After them i went on a mission to learn as much as i could about cycles and bought the shettles method book. I also started temping at this time. So with the next two girls we abstained for like a week, which is what people were telling my hubby to do to build sperm count (stupid us huh) and then we would BD the day of my temp drop. Then girl #6 was a surprise. She was conceived on our 2nd month of trying but it was by accident. I was still bfing dd5 at the time and o'd late that month. We actually DTD the night before i o'd for fun, lol, and i told DH not to worry about pulling out because i was going to o that month. Well that next afternoon i got the cramps i get each month around o time and i knew we got pregnant. So i have been temping pretty regular this time around and my cycle has been pretty darn regular. I o right around cd 21 and then AF comes around 10-12 days later. I usually have about 3 days of ewcm or watery cm each month too. Then at some point on the day of my temp drop i get really bad cramps that are usually on one side or the other. So not sure exactly what they mean. I also think that with each of my girls i was on weight watchers. I keep falling off the ww wagon this time around. I am pretty much just maintaining my weight and eating three meals a day and snacking whenever i am hungry. I also always have a big tervis full of either ice water or decaf iced tea sweetened with agave, completely addicted to that stuff. Maybe i need to add more red meat too. We eat alot of pasta, chicken, and veggies.

I bet the WW is part of what helped you conceive your girls. Dieting sways pink. So changing how you eat, and even gaining some weight, will really help you! I have a friend who is always on WW, and she has all girls too.

It can be a bit overwhelming at first but keep asking q's until it all falls into place.

I think the easiest way to get a boy is from changing your diet. I would suggest eating 3 meals a day with a good amount of protein and carbs at every meal, and then 2-5 snacks, esp. a bedtime snack. You want to be eating 90 g protein a day and a good amount healthy natural fats like those found in nuts, olive oil, fish, and then the saturated fats found in meats, eggs, and full fat dairy, will help. Limit fake fats like transfats. If possible, you can include 9 servings of colorful fruits and veg a day (this is less than it sounds like, serving sizes are quite small, and juice counts as a serving) Lunchmeat now and then is ok but try not to go overboard with it because it does contain chemicals that are not good for your fertility.

If your husband drinks, smokes, is exposed to chemicals or heat, wears tight fitting undies, jogs or rides a bike, he needs to cut back on those things. If he's willing, he can take a vitamin designed for men's health and/or for boosting fertility and sperm count.

If you and your husband have intercourse every 2-4 days that can also help keep his sperm healthy and his count good.

My husband is a state trooper. So he is not around any hazards at work but his job can be stressful. He deals with alot of rape and child sex abuse cases. He says he has learned to control his stress level, and i think he seems to do that pretty well. I had him switch to boxers before dd5 and neither of us drink or smoke or do any drugs of any kind. I bought him a mens multi vitamin be he says it upsets his stomach even if he takes it before bed. He does take a b12 every morning. He calls it his happy pill, lol!

Gotta work on the 2-4 day thing, we have a 3 year old in our bed, and an 18 month old in our room. Now i told him about the 2-4 day thing and he said that is about his frequency anyway, hahaha in the shower i think. I plan on getting more involved there. I was reading the frequency/timing thread and i think that idea of the body recognizing the same semen and knowing that there is a father around to care for offspring. DH has always pulled out when we weren't TTC, we do not use condoms or any other form of BC just pull and pray. So i am wondering if maybe he should release inside me so my body gets that whole semen recognition thing?

I recently read on here cod liver oil sways blue and this was always something i took when i caught with my boys, that and a prenatal. Always went swimming a few times a week, we dtd every couple of days throughout, gave up diet coke and all things unhealthly (had no idea it swayed). Don't if it helps at all but best of luck
