    DH and Whey Protein

    Yikes! My husband wants to start taking this again. This can't be good right? He says he's beginning to shrink. Trying to get him to hold off until BD in April. Thoughts?

    Oh, it's no biggie - will he take soy protein instead?

    Honestly, that is not a huge issue if he wants to restart it. REmember, it's your diet that matters way more than his.
