    Going camping this weekend...please give me some ideas for girl foods!!

    We are going camping this weekend during my dreaded TWW, I have already had a few diet slip-ups but with my temps not looking too good I must be better now!!! We are going with family which sucks but ehy if they think I am wierd so be it! LOL
    Can I do veggie burgers? I can't really take pasta to cook that would make me look too wierd. I don't know!!

    I would go to the supermarket and study the packets on the vegeburgers because when I was looking some of them were incredibly high in protein and some weren't so high! I ended up buying one with mixed veggies on the inside and breadcrumbs on the outside rather than a fake meat type iykwim. Could you take some veggies to go on the BBQ - corn on the cob, big mushrooms, peppers etc?

    Good idea! I did find a tomatoe basil veggie burger with onlu 170 mg of sodium 100 cals and 4g protien so I think I will take a few of those, and then just do veggies to grill!

    Great advice!

    I was also thinking you could take a lot of snacky type stuff and eat between meals and then eat small portions or beg off because you are full. The "Hint of Salt" Wheat Thins and Triscuits are really good (and I actually like them BETTER than the regular ones) and of course there are always yummy rice cakes haha.

    Emmy, can you mention where you found those veggie burgers??? They sound great!
