    Short Luteal Phase

    My LP is genuinely short. For the last 5 cycles it has been 8 days.
    24 day cycle, +OPK on CD 14, O'ing on CD 16.

    I used to have a 27 day cycle but since my daughters birth 1.5 years ago it has shortened.

    Is B6 a good idea for a boy sway? How many mg should I take and should I take it through my whole cycle?

    b-complex has Vitamin C + Zinc in it, is this ok?

    They will tell you different on other sites but B6 is a good blue sway. I got my 4th boy taking 100 mg.

    ARe you already taking a prenatal?? If not, I'd try adding that in first before doing the B complex.

    how much total Vit. C and zinc?

    I am taking a Womens One A Day along with fish oil, wheatgrass pills, folic acid and d3. I found a b-Complex without zinc and 300mg vitamin c

    Is the one a day as good as b-complex?

    I think it's BETTER because the B complexes usually have massive doses of B vitamins that are notoriously messing up people's cycles. One a Day has a good amount without going over.

    I had a 6 day luteal phase and b6 stretched it to 10 days, I then fell pregnant with my 4th boy.
    I wasn't taking anything else at the time though and hadn't yet found this place. I think it most likely was coincidence and a very boy friendly lifestyle in my case rather than the b6. I did take just b6 as well rather than a complex.

    A few people the B6 does seem to help. Others (the majority) it either does nothing or makes matters worse by delaying ovulation and causing heavy spotting before AF.

    I have seen tons of opposites with people taking the B6 both here and on IG.
