Will using a diva cup help keep ph down when in the swimming pool? We will be attempting on holiday, I definitely want to be playing in the pool with the boys! Anyone know, tried? Bad experience? Thanks!

I did go in the pool and didn't use a diva cup mainly because I find it hard to remove and it stresses me! I just used refresh to keep my ph stable. It worked fine.

I haven't used it but I have seen that as the recommendation if going swimming so I assume it must work.

I'm not sure but you could try it and then keep checking and use refresh like pp said. I conceived my boy swimming in pools in July last year.

The Diva can't hurt and may help. The RepHresh WILL help. Don't be afraid of using them BOTH!!
