    Weaning supplements

    Hi all

Currently 3dpo and just wondered about weaning the following supplements, so I have the information in advance in a case i get a BFP! I am not sure which it is ok to stop cold turkey and which I need to be more careful with.

    - wheatgrass
    - vit d
    - Coq10
    - royal jelly / bee pollen
    - probiotic
    - epo
    - fish oil

I know I need to keep up my multivits and gradually wean down my folic acid.

    Thanks in advance!

Fish Oil, VitD & Probiotics are safe during pregnancy.

EPO you stop at ovulation, preferably at +opk.

Coq10 you wean off so take every other day, then every third day etc until you stop.

Royal Jelly & wheatgrass I'm not sure about. I would imagine the wheatgrass you can just stop.

    Hope you get your BFP

Continue thru all pregnancy: Vit. D, probiotic, prenatal

Continue thru first trimester then gradually wean: Folic

Wean off at BFP: Coq10 and RJBP (and if BFN this month I would have you wean off RJBP anyway as I am not a fan)

EPO should have alreayd been stopped, stop that CD 14 or positive OPK whichever comes first

Fish oil - continue till BFP then gradually wean over to a DHA supp desinged for pregnancy or reduce dose to 250 mg fish oil per day
