Is it ok for dh to abstain for 13 days? my ovulation is later than expected and i havent got time to do fr

Have your DH release by himself or with you protected every 2-4 days.
An abstain of 13 days will cut your odds of conception.
Are you going for one attempt at +OPK?

Yes but if it gets to 14 days have him "clean the pipes" once and then keep going with it.

Thank you i stummbled accross a old post about abstaining to long can cause miscarrage and birth defects and didnt say how long to long was .... i think it might be classed as 12 days abstaining anyway as we dtd on the 13th day?

There are people on other sites that do utterly insane abstains. Months. 12 vs. 13 days does not cause miscarriage or birth defects although should be avoided by men over 35 just to be absolutely on the safest side.
