I had a gender scan at 16 weeks and they seemed confident it was a boy, now, at 26 weeks they're saying girl?! I know the three lines are there but could it be scrotum? It looks really different than what my DD's looked like!!! Thanks for any input!!![]()

as a general rule 26 weeks is less reliable than 16 weeks is but techs can make mistakes.
That is not super clear for guessing, although I agree it does look "busy" for a girl. I'll send you tons of blue dust and FX for you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you! I definitely think it looks a bit odd! Especially to rule out boy completely after I'd already gotten it confirmed at 16 weeks by another tech! This is my 16 week photo

I would guess girl looking at your 2 pics side by side. That's not a definite boy for me from your 16 week scan. How annoying for you though! Goodluck xx. I think your team yellow then.

Hmm, that 16 week u/s looks more like a girl to me. Where's the turtle? I have 2 DSs and their ultrasounds definitely had the turtle-- penis and testicles.

Yes! I asked her about the penis when she did it and she said well I made sure it wasn't cord, but I personally never saw it? So I just figured she saw it and didn't get to take a picture!! Gah. So annoying haha.

I would have totally guessed girl based off your pics! How confusing. Maybe you should try a 3D or 4D...
