Hi ladies! I know it's really recommended to sway for 12 weeks but I will only have 7 weeks before hubby wants our first attempt. Let's just say we get pregnant the first try..has anyone had success with LE diet and 7 days 60 min cardio for only 7 weeks? Thank you!!![]()

Yes of course people have def. had luck with that.
The thing that people really need to avoid is like 2-4 weeks on diet. That hasn't worked. We originally speculated that if you hit it really hard at first it might be good enough, but stats have not borne that out.
At least 6 weeks on diet and then every week after that will only help.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
