the doctor told me in week 13 and 16 that i will
get a boy and took that pic



Now i am very confused because to me
it looks like swollen girl parts :-(

I would think a live view would have been definitive at this gestation but not from this picture.

It doesn't look like a typical girl, or boy! I haven't seen many front view shots like that so it's really hard to tell! Did you get a typical potty shot from behind? When is your next scan?
