Is it okay for a boy sway? I read on some site that it is good for boosting sperm production--is this true?? Or is it a girl vitamin?

It's a boy vitamin! lol! I'm giving my DH 500 mg C-vit daily, it has to do something with raising testosterone, but I forgot the mechanism.
So, go for it!

Yes, as long as you don't find that it lowers his pH.

Oh, I haven't even tested his pH yet! I need to get on that. How long does vitamin C stay in the body? He's been taking it a few days now.

It's water soluble and leaves the body quickly, within a few days. Humans and guinea pigs need to eat Vit. C regularly because we cannot store it in our bodies. All other mammals can store it (no point there, just an interesting tidbit!!)

He eats fruits and veggies, so I am sure he is getting plenty there. I will test the pH tonight and see what it looks like!
