Break in LE diet and intense exercise

    Hello

I've done 7 weeks of LE diet and 7 weeks worth of 6 days a week cardio for 62mins

Until the last 4 days, when I've been away with work and wasn't able to achieve either element for FOUR DAYS

    I feel awful

Do I need to start my 12 weeks again from the beginning or can I go into week 8 and still consider it to be 8 weeks?

I'm all about giving myself the best chance ever, so would appreciate thoughts on whether 4 days is very damaging

Will be back on form tomorrow onwards

    Thanks!

It's your overall diet that counts. 4 days isn't going to undo 7 weeks of hard work
    Very blessed with

    Due 24th March 2016

I think it is perfectly fine, just pick back up and continue.

Just checked on my stats - I'm sorry I'm sorry just call me MARTHA - and I've completed 7 weeks exactly with 81% fulfilled on the 62 mins cardio and 70% on LE diet.... so obviously it's the diet I need to buck my ideas up with

so my TTC date falls into line 14 weeks from my start in August, so I'm exactly half way through...
If I try and get my LE diet up to 80% too to match the exercise, is this still enough time, or should I wait an extra month just to make sure...?

    Thanks everyone x

(I say 'stats' but what I actually mean is I get a pink tick on the calendar for a day when I workout and a green tick for sticking to LE that day - nothing more technical that a tick with a sharpie - today is the first time I've counted up and worked out % in 7 weeks!) x

LOL I WILL call you Martha with this question!

Please reread my above post. I think it is perfectly fine, just pick back up and continue.

You are hereby forbidden to calculate any percentages from here on out. It doesn't matter at all, even if it did I would have absolutely no data to be able to answer your question with. Please just pick up here and now from where you were and continue. There is no need to wait another month.
