I remember reading before that clomid and EPO shouldn't be mixed. Is that still true?
Secondly, anything I can do to aid in implantation? I'm starting to wonder if that's the problem. I'm starting cycle 5 and using clomid this time.

Yes, that's true, and I think it's time to drop EPO just in case. I don't know that it's doing anythign but let's just leave it out.
The fish oil and EPO should aid in implantation so I don't think that's really the problem. I think that the Clomid is really going to help!!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks!! I took clomid when conceiving my second dd and it took 6 rounds and 3 IUIs so I'm not as hopeful as I once was. I'm going to add in some fertility yoga poses this month as I've gotten away and completely drop coffee. I may have one can of soda occasionally.
I'm also going to try to eat very clean. No ice cream, candy, or stuff like that. During the 2ww I was thinking of having lentil soup everyday for lunch as I heard about keeping your uterus warm can be helpful. Does that sound good?
Oh and I'm also going to drink a ton of water, continue Mucinex, and add pineapple juice before O.
Am I getting too crazy? Dh only wants to try a couple more months.

If there is any way to sit down with your DH and explain how stressful this time limit is on you, I would do that. I know everyone gives "stress" lip service but it really does seem to be a factor in conception.
No magic food helps you get pregnant. Some scientists believe that legumes like lentils and peas actually may lower odds of conception and peas were even being investigated for use as birth control (not peas themselves but a chemical in them). It is fine to eat them on occasion but I would not suddendly start eating massive amounts every single day. What you could do is have a different kind of soup with mild spiciness, each day in the 2ww if you think it would help.
I would do fresh pineapple as the juice is heated and the enzyme that may help with implantation is deactivated.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Okay thanks. I was actually going to do the pineapple core thing. I've had minimal success with it but figure it can't hurt. I heard drinking pineapple juice helped produce more cm, is that not true?
I'm not sure if warm food helps but I have seen a lot of success with people using eastern medicine and figure it can't hurt. I will try some different soups.
I know I'm just thinking of any and everything I can do to get pregnant fast. I really don't want to have to wait either. It's frustrating when we've had fast success twice before.

Any juice helps make more CM. I misunderstood what you were using it for, sorry. Uusally when people mention pineapple it's for implantation so got mixed up.
Warm food is fine, just not the lentils every day
My only concern is that the more you pressure yourself to do everything, the more stressed you're going to be, you know??!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
