    My sway plan - supplements

    This is my plan. Ttc in jan or feb '16.
    DW 33 years
    Rainbow lite prenatal one multivitamin
    Extra folic acid
    Fish oil
    EPO
    Vit D (i have deficiency)
    Natural calm magnesium few times a week (for anxiety)
    Wheatgrass pill
    Should I skip brewers yeast or is it gving good results?

    DH 36 years
    Multivitamin
    Fish oil
    Wheatgrass pill
    should I skip brewers yeast?
    Coq10?

    Supplements wise does this look good or do I need to add anything?

    If you're eating good, there's no real need to have the brewer's yeast. Totally at your discretion.

    I often give husbands carnitine and both of you coq10, it's up to you though. They are the least important (and both $$$$)

    Atomic,

    Is gelatin giving good results? Can DH take it if he is willing? ( I haven't checked with him)

    Very few people have been able to stomach the amount it would take to do anything. I keep it in the mix but I think only 1-2 people ever followed thru with it. i would not give it to DH for the reason that it's really gross and has to be done daily to even do anything.
