I have read controversial info on whether it sways boy or girl... or whether it sways at all. Does anyone know anything about this? Something about it changing the ph of your CM?

It's said to sway blue. I doubt a little bit of lemon juice in water does a whole lot. Our blue swayers do an entire lemon per day so that counts as a serving of fruit and also helps keep them hydrated to make CM. All our blue swayers drink it so it just cannot be swaying pink. No way, no how. It may not do anything but it's not swaying pink.
The foods you eat and drink CANNOT alter the pH of your body. It's been totally debunked. If your pH goes outside of a very narrow range you die. And they can't alter pH, either. As soon as your food hits your stomach it drops to a very, very low pH. Your stomach digests the foods and drinks you take in and then in an entirely separate, unconnected system, uses those raw materials to make EWCM. More EWCM = higher pH, less EWCM = lower pH because EWCM is naturally high in pH and the vagina is naturally low in pH. Some people use this bad, outdated sway information to assume their pH is actually changing when really it is presence/absence of CM.
That having been said, I know that the "official" story from the people who believe in acid/alkaline diets is that citrus foods, despite being acidic somehow turn alkaline in the body anyway. So no matter how you slice it, drinking tons of lemon water is prob. not best for a pink sway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I used to drink a glass of water with just a little squirt of the lemon juice extract (bottled stuff you can get from woolworths) before bed. So definitely not a whole lemons worth of juice, probably not even
I didnt have any specific source, just alot of random researching on different forums and sites.
So would you suggest I stay away from my nightly glass of lemon water while I am trying to sway?

I would! You don't need it, and it's certainly an easy to make change.

Does less water sway pink? Like as in not drinking a ton. Not like a dangerous dehydration or anything like that. I've never been a huge water drinker anyway. Just curious.

Im not sure whether drinking less water sways but I personally wouldnt drink less on purpose as it could mess around with your health. I dont drink HEAPS of water normally either but I havent changed that in any way once I started swaying.

I don't want anyone messing with their hydration levels while swaying pink. Blue swayers should drink more water if they can (only if not strictly limiting calcium and magnesium!!! though) but pink swayers just drink to your level of thirst. Don't force yourself to drink, don't skip drinking. The reason is because your electrolyte levels (like sodium and potassium) may be more easily messed up when swaying pink and this could end up actually being FATAL. Drinking to your level of thirst is best.

Ok that's helpful. I've always been a person who doesn't drink a ton of water. But I eat a ton if vegetables and I probably get water from them.

I think the "drinking X amount of water" is baloney anyway. In nature it is very unlikely that any of our ancestors had access to that amount of clean drinkable water (in fact we know that they did not) and science is indicating that it just isn't the case (with apologies to Michelle Obama) Eight Glasses of Water Per Day? : snopes.com
