Any chart stalkers out there?

Hello! Can anyone please take a look at my chart and offer any advice as to why my temps are so low in my luteal phase.. They start off fine then they've plummeted. This month much worse than last but last month I took clomid. My luteal phase is usually 12-14 days but has been longer than that so the length of lp isn't problematic. Everywhere I read says your temp shouldn't drop until a day or 2 before AF [emoji20]
I have an under active thyroid/hashi's but my tsh is good.

It's because after about 7 days, your body releases a big burst of estrogen to help maintain uterine lining. If you're pregnant, this will recover and temps will skyrocket. If not, they stay low and AF arrives.

Whatever you're reading is misleading info. as long as you ahve 12-14 day LP all is well. Don't worry. I'a ok and in a month you conceive you will probably have triphasic chart where it rises and then rises agian.

They're really not that low. I understand why you're concerned but look at the FP part of your chart - if not for that one high temp (which is probably just a fluke) all your temps in LP are equal or above the temps in the FP. It's normal for them to start off high and drop a bit and then recover if preggo. Your LP is good, and I think one high temp is just making the chart look funny. It's perfect!

I run cold too. It is not unusual for me to have temps in the 96's just normally.
