Hi Ladies! I'm looking for a little input into the details of my sway.
Background: I've been on the le diet since Nov 2014 started ttc Jan 2015.
Sept 2015 I took 50 mg Clomid for swaying purposes; After that month's BFN I took a much-needed mental and emotional break from ttc (including a 8 week break from the le diet)
I have just finished 100 mg of clomid, days 3-5 and am attempting every 4 days, ideally with an extra attempt at +opk (however that extra attempt is not guaranteed as I did not get 1 stinking positive on my other clomid cycle)
I'm wondering if perhaps dh and I should drop the hot showers/baths before dtd?
Timimg: when should dh and I consider switching to every 3 days?
Frequency: I'm mostly looking for reassurance here. On our first clomid cycle dh just released every 4 days when we were trying and physically he had a hard time with that schedule, especially toward the end of the month. I don't think I could ask him to do any extra releases in between our attempts. I know that 2-4 attempts sways boy but with the other sway tactics, frequency wont matter in the long run right?
After BD: Cycles Jan-August I was doing j&d after 5 min. Our clomid cycle I was lying with hips propped for 30 min. What is best? I have also seen some recent recommendations to spend some time on tummy?

If not too late I'd up that to every 3 and screw the OPKs. Every 3 days is going to do much the same as every 4 + 1 at pos OPK and it may be less stressful.
YES YES please stop the hot baths for DH.
Frequency has been all but useless when compared to the number of attempts so I'd just do every 3 if he can do that.
We honestly do not know what is best on how long to lay flat. I would NOT have anyone do immediate J and D on Clomid that's for sure. My inclination would be lay flat for 15-30 min, spending at least part of it on your tummy. I wonder sometimes if propping hips is worse than nothing, I'd def. try at least part of it without hips propped, on your tummmy in case you have tipped uterus just to make sure that things are moving around in there.
