Sounds pretty good! Are you counting cals and grams of fat and protein?

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

As long as you're diligent about using MFP for a couple weeks until you get the hang of it , and you're within the desired boundaries, you're good!

Nice job ladies! I've had a raw fruit & nut bar and a big bowl of spelt granola (not fortified) & puffed rice with 330ml whole milk, and ill be making a cheese & tomato frittata with whole eggs here in a bit. I might have some boiled, buttered potatoes & steamed broccoli too, or another 1-2 bars, depending on how I feel. If I need extra cals I'll have a creme brulee, my weekly treat!

I loooove creme brulee, pudding, creme caramel, pots de creme etc could eat them all day! I am an organic/biologique health nut but also gourmand. I love oats but since they sway blue I eat spelt instead. For some reason the Germans are really into spelt, it's a super trendy health food here. The German word for it is 'Dinkel' lol!

I have 2 or 3 meals depending on the day, probably 2 meals 40% of the time. I rarely snack, only if I'm so hungry I'm nauseated (sometimes happens in the middle of the night if I've had trouble falling asleep). If I need extra cals I add food to my last meal of the day, I don't have it as a snack. What I add depends on how much fat/protein I've had. I usually am borderline too low in protein and borderline too high in fat. Sometimes I go over my fat limit a bit, but not too often and I try to eat less fat the next day in compensation.

I should note that I get slightly anemic when vegetarian so I eat a moderate serving of red meat once every 6w to prevent that. Iron pills don't work for me for some reason. And I have a moderate serving of chicken maybe every 8w as a treat, but keep it in my totals.
