Hi ladies! I haven't been excersizing but really want to get back to it. If I start tonight (and trying to sway girl) and I will ovulate sometime next week will it away boy because I just started today and I'm so close to ovulation? Thanks!

Nope. As long as you are only doing 60+min of cardio. I wouldn't skip a cycle but know it may not help you much this cycle. Don't worry, it will not sway blue starting mid cycle. If you keep doing it, it will help a future BFP.

I've wondered this too. I had been doing 60+ min cardio but stopped 2.5 weeks ago due to a horrid chest infection. Our first attempt will be next week and I'm finally feeling up to exercising again but didn't know if a week's worth would harm sway...

I don't count in it helping, but I was hoping it wouldn't away blue. With my first boy I walked 45 min a day. With me second boy I didn't walk. We'll see how this one goes lol. I'm just getting stir crazy and I'm

We used to worry about stuff like this but it really doesn't seem to matter at all and probably only helps.
