Is 11w3d days too early for nub?

My 12 week scan will be when I'm only 11w and 3d. Do you think the nub theory won't apply as too early?

Way too early, unfortunately, they look the same at this stage. From 13+ weeks is ideal for a gender scan (side on shot). If you go for your scan at 14+ weeks, ask for a 'potty shot'.
