Automatic payment renewal but no gold access

Hi, I had a 12 usd payment go out on the 19th January. I thought this would renew my gold membership? I notice there have been price increases though? I also paid for a sway plan back in December which I asked to be stopped in its tracks as I decided to continue with Ht. Is that able to be refunded please or at least used towards the renewal? Thanks

Chocolate, you told me not to do the sway plan yet and I didn't. As I have mentioned I am fine with giving you your money back or switching it to HT.

That's great thanks but you said you would ask someone twice but I haven't heard anything back? Who is it I need to message to arrange a refund? It will be easier to get a complete refund of the plan money and the 12 usd membership and then I'll do the gold one as that's the one I need for the boards, thanks
