Fiber gummies?

Hi, what does everyone think about fiber gummies supplement? Does it work the same as the tablets? I was looking and it doesn't look there is much in terms of the ingredients. Total Carbohydrate 9g 3%, Dietary Fiber 6g 24%, Soluble Fiber 6g Sugars 2g. Thanks!

I take them! Much easier than the Metamucil I was taking before. And I never forget them since they're always sitting on my counter and so easy to grab. I've seen other successful girl swayers use them.
