I know this is complex and there just isn't much information.
But how important is DH hormones?
He has very low testosterone and needs either clomid or HCG and testostoenre replacement ( HCG is used with testostoenre replacement to keep the testicles from basically dieing, HCG = fertility )
Clomid is one of the two principal SERMs (selective estrogen receptor modulators) used for enhanced recovery of testosterone production after anabolic steroid cycles...
Some doctors are now using clomid at a low dosage to help keep testostoenre higher and to avoid using Testosterone replacement.
He either has 3 choices when trying to concieve.
1. Use HCG + Testosterone
2. Use clomid
3 Stay natural and have low testosterone
* he was on clomid when we got our GIRL
best friend has very low testosterone and extremely high estrogen and has 2 boys, but a lot of the men that use testosterone / clomid got girls
Can you comment on the best strategy for DH?

We do not have the data to be able to say. I wish I could answer your question but I can't.
I think that in your situation, Instant, he is better off taking some kind of medication. I know you got a girl on Clomid but that doesn't mean you'd ALWAYS get a girl on Clomid. Other things may have been swaying as well.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

After researching and talking to some guys who have had multiple children and who have used similar meds.. have stated
that if a man takes CLOMID, he's much more likely to have a girl
if he takes steroids he's much more likely to have a girl
but if he takes normal testosterone with HCG he's more likely to have a boy..

Thank you for sharing that!!! Very helpful.
I do agree that the steroids are really girl friendly, despite raising male T levels through the roof we see tons of girls conceived to dudes on them. It is one of the (many) things that really makes me question the conventional wisdom about testosterone anyway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
