I started on the ig diet before discovering GD and switched to the LE diet, I later discovered I had pcos and switched to the pcos diet.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I didn't eat after 8pm all the way till following day around 12pm- 16hr fasting period tried staying within the limits
Drank coffee daily and alcohol
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
About 1 month on the ig diet, 7 months on le diet 4 months pcos diet. Went vegetarian for about the last 2 months
Went from 165lbs when 1st starting all diets to 132lbs

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes have not eaten breakfast in years

Did DH change his diet with you?
Not really he just wasn't eating red meat as much because I was no longer cooking it for myself
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Never eats breakfast consumed alcohol too.

DId you consume alcohol?
Often- daily


DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drank caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Diet was usally things high in fibre, eg brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, broccoli. Stopped buying in September as my son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, used aspartame sweetner instead.
Candy to top up calories if low on calories, cinnamon to lower blood sugar.

No snacking inbetween meals.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did 60mins cardio 4+days a week, some weeks getting up to 5/6 days a week.
Towards the end I was struggling to find the time and motivation for the exercise.

Last quarter, due to receiving fertility treatments I had no choice on when I o'd or had my attempts. My biorhythm calender was in peak girl zone on o day, it was in boy zone with my boys.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Being on clomid in previous cycles even if they didn't work at the time, I heard it still sways girl next cycle.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
More than one attempt

I believe in swaying! Gender scan July 7th 2016 so will update then.
