Hi,
How likely is it to ovulate and conceive the first cycle after a natural 10 week miscarriage before the next AF?
Or is it more likely to be anovulatory?
Would conceiving at this time sway at all?

Conceiving after miscarriage

Catching the first egg after does seem to sway pink. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to O again, as long as you catch it. I'd start BDing every 4 days. So sorry for your loss.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Thank you.
I was swaying on a girl diet for 4 months. Stayed on the diet until 6 weeks. Then I stopped and ate anything I wanted for the next 4 weeks.
I miscarried and started on the diet right away. I don't know if I should try again or wait until I am on the diet longer.
I did find out it was a GIRL T15 so the sway worked but the babe wasn't healthy. It seems like a cruel joke!

Oh no, I'm sorry for your loss. That is a tough pill to swallow. I ovulated about 3 weeks after my m/c at 14 weeks.

Is DE in my future?

I ovulated 3 weeks after my m/c and had a healthy pregnancy. Don't be afraid to try again

It would tend to sway pink, I cannot give you odds of conception, I just don't have the ability to do that and wouldn't want to mislead you.
Some cycles are anovulatiory or have such a short LP you can't get pregnant, but not all of them. Many are capable of conception.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Is it possible to O without getting a +opk? I had bad O pain a couple nights ago but my opk never turned dark...just kind of medium line ....how it looks just before it turns + a day later....
Only my High on the monitor never turned +++...in fact the tests look worse than before. I dont know if I O already with a really weak surge or if I was gearing up and then my body got cold feet!

It is possible to O without getting a positive OPK. But it's also VERY possible to have O pains without ovulating. Yes, your body can get ready to O and then just decide, "eh, not yet."
One month I had the most realistic fake O ever, I had tons of CM, O pains, increased libido, etc and even kinda had PMS about a week after it (which is my normal pattern) and just never got AF. I even went to the doctor to be sure and he said he does see it sometimes that there are just these very realistic fake ovulations that trick people.!!!
