What is recommended as a prenatal for someone who has MTHFR mutation as per my understanding those with MTHFR can't process normal folic acid & B vitamins which would rule out most prenatals which is recommended for blue sways.
Are there any pre natals with the methyl folate & b vitamins that anyone knows of?
Thank you

Any that you find that does not have megadoses of the other B vitamins is fine (the megadoses of B6 in particular can really mess up your cycle) OR, you could take nutrients separately.!!!
