I'm finding than its really hard for me to get some food options (specifically lunch) by making everything from scratch. Not sure if there's already a forum for this but are there any quick meal options I can just grab to go that are LE or some suggestions? I can always easily do hummus and veggies but it's just not enough for my lunch and I'm hungry. Dinner I usually cook so that's ok.

Quick Pre-Made Meal Options?

Amy's Products are great and most of us on here, myself included, used them as a staple go-to when swaying.
Premade salads with cheese and even egg or meat are also something people eat a lot of.
I did a combo of a Larabar and a yogurt with a coconut water more times than I care to remember when I had like 3 minutes to eat, when I was swaying. Pop tarts are another thing I ate fairly often when in a hurry.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yes so I realized after I wrote this that I had tons of Amy's in my freezer. That's what I've been doing. A lifesaver!
