I've read some contradicting information. It seems RJ is def. a blue swayer. But (hopefully Atomic sees this) , it also seems to be dangerous and/or plays a big role in messing up your cycle.
Should blue swayers really take royal jelly?? For those of you that did, did it mess up your cycle ? Is it too late to start taking the month of ttc?

No, it isn't. People say that it is, but I could give people blue tic tacs and at least some of them would get boys.
When scientists studied royal jelly and bee pollen they found all it has in it is some B vitamins, and a small amount of fatty acids and a bit of protein. It makes people feel revved up when they take it but it's like a 5 hour energy drink - that happens whenever you have a big sudden shot of B vites. You will be getting more than enough of those things from a prenatal and fish oil/dha supp, and eating decently.
The high dose of B vitamins has really messed up people's cycles and the RJBP is dangerous because it can either cause anaphylactic shock, or predispose you to get anaphylactic shock the next time you encounter bee products (not only via stings, but also because they are putting RJBP in more and more stuff these days.)!!! I know overwhelmingly more people who got girls with BSF than with it (of course some of those people may have been predisposed to girls since they were swaying blue, but still) It also seemed to cut odds of conception considerably. I honestly can't even believe it's a thing any more.
