TTC A GIRL-- Month 3. Is rephresh killing my chances?

Hi All,

I have been TTC for 3 months now and despite feeling pregnant this last time I got my period within the two minutes it took for the pregnancy test to show a BFN.

I know that I am extremely lucky, but both of my last two pregnancies were first time/first try.

The only thing that I have been doing differently this time is using Rephresh. While I want a girl SO bad, I swayed for a girl hardcore for BOTH of my last pregnancies and neither resulted in a girl (I used replens with them). I am trying a less is more attempt this time but I'm discouraged that I am not getting pregnant as easily as I have the other times.

Should I stop with the rephresh altogether?

Should I up the fiber and drinking? How much do I need to drink and during what timeframe?

Help please. I am discouraged.

Hi.
I am very sure rephfresh cuts odds of success. Unfortunately I had to cut it from my current sway. Let atomic chime in here but yes I do think it could be hurting odds. 😊

I'm wondering the same thing. I think I'll use it 48 hours prior to attempt this time and then completely cut it out next attempt if not pregnant by then.

Yes, it does cut odds of conception a lot and unfortunately has not seemed to help our chances much.

It is always among the first things I have people drop!!

What do you recommend I try for this next month? Alcohol and coffee?

If you want to, those are two things we get good results wtih.

what other sway tactics are you using?
