Question Why have my temps plummeted so much?!

Please take a look at my chart? I have not yet ovulated either... is this just from coming off the pill? I have had one period and this is the first month charting since....

Hmmmm, that is tricky. My only thought would be the shift in hormones from the pill? I hope it normalizes soon.

That's what I'm thinking....the temps are most likely coming back to your regular temp range? Maybe you'll ovulate really soon? FX'd!!

Wonder if my body is TRYING to ovulate but it is just being a little delayed?

Also another thought Sunday we started Daylight Savings does this affect our temps?

I think you're about to ovulate especially as you have fertile CM. Before my last pregnancy I would get 3-4 much lower temperatures before ovulation, it was handy to know when OV was coming!

I don't know but if you did not O yet them must be from the pill?

Sometimes temps do drop before ovulation, which is why they sometimes say it's a "classic ovulation dip." But usually it's just one day. Maybe your temps are still a little strange from coming off the pill. If you are taking your temp at a different time now b/c of the time change that could have an effect too... are you ending up taking them earlier? Sometimes mine just hop around in a cycle anyways... I would keep an eye on it for the next couple of days.

I agree with rainbowflower that if you're having the ewcm you'll probably O in the next few days. Is the ewcm pretty normal for what you had before going on the pill?

Well I have now gone to wet, only had the ewcm once that day

CD 19 and still no O and this morning my temp went up again.

I am quite sick with a sinus infection so maybe that is sending me out of whack too?

I have this all the time, I came off the pill 6 months ago. I have 2 days of really low temps and then a "slow rise", I think you may have O'ed CD 18 and your temps will continue to slowly rise. After 3-4 days FF will give you crosshairs if you O'ed on CD 18 and are having a slow rise.
