Are there any peppermint tablets instead of tea?

Hi, I keep forgetting to drink a peppermint tea a day, is there a capsule I can take instead?

Yes, a few have used Nature's Way or similar pep leaf tablets. I generally don't have people do that since we don't know how it really equates to the tea, but if you do decide to use them please keep us posted on how it goes for you.
