Hi Ladies,
I've been having what I guess is called Mittleshmerz (ovulation pain) for more than 3 days. I can't recall having this in the past and it's happening on both sides.
It's definitely manageable, but I'm curious about how soon after it ends will I have ovulated. Also, does pain on both sides possibly mean multiples if we were to conceive?
Just to be safe, we DTD this morning and will keep trying every 4 days until AF supposedly comes (hopefully she'll pack it up for 9 months!)
Thanks!

You can't tell when you Oed or what side based on Mittelshmertz. You develop eggs in both sides and the side that doesn't ovulate can actually hurt worse than the side that does. And you can continue having pain even after O because your uterus and tubes cramp to move the egg down, and also becuase the follicular fluid can irritate your internal organs a little. So it's just unfortunately not possible to use O pains to tell you any of those things, I'm sorry.
