Little hard to guess this one.. gonna give a blue lean because I think nub is pretty thick though it's short and kind of bent like it may be on the rise.. depends how far along you are. If you are 13 weeks + that would make this more girly less boy lean from me

Could be girl, but I agree with Burakoam's reasoning, so there is a possibility of boy also. Any more pics? Video?
