Hi everyone!!
I am new and trying to soak up ALL of this great information! We have two little girls, ages 4 1/2, and 2 1/2. This baby will be our last no matter what so hoping to up our odds a little of a little mister! A couple questions I have after reading through the threads...
My husband works out of town, typically for 3 weeks in a row, then is home 3 weeks in a row but it sometimes varies... could this potentially sway pink? I know I've read something about letting dh release in you for a period of time and that can help sway blue but that's not really an option for us since we have three weeks away from each other.
My other question is we are going to be moving across the country(literally) on June 1st. My hubby will be home at the end of May at the right time to ttc and then again in July. Would it be best for ttc blue to do it right before a big move or right after? Or neither? Haha.
I am also a little worried about weight gain seeing as how I would need to start the he diet but then we only have the opportunity to actually try once every few months.. any advice on that?

Is there any way he can release while he's away?? The real risk is that when the swimmers are "stored up" for a long time like that, it can tend to sway pink. If he were able to "clean the pipes" every 2-4 days when traveling that may help.
We don't know what would be better, TTC while moving or after. May be different for each person and how they handle stress.
I'd have you do most of the HE Diet stuff (eating more fruit and veg, eating more/better protein and fat, but just keep cals to 1800-2000 cal range and also add in exercise to compensate.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok, so weight lifting a few times per week and some cardio?
I am kind of confused on the different things I can purchase... does the customized sway plan come with a meal plan or is the meal plan something completely different to purchase?

The custom plan and meal plan are two different things - Custom plan is everything but diet, and then I help you with your diet in an ongoing way in the custom coaching that comes with the plan. The diet plan you can buy separately or add on to a custom plan. Whatever you think would be easier for you.
