Hi,
Hubby has agreed that we can have 1 more baby...eeek!!!
Previously DS1 and 2 we didn't do anything but try for a baby. DS3 we tried a timing method for a girl sway, DS4 we tried and extreme girl sway with supps/splime the whole shape bang. DS5 was a surprise.
We are really happy to take the laid back approach and I'm happy not sway at all. Don't get me wrong I would love a girl but I know I would also love another boy no matter what.
With all 5 we have done FR so hubby suggested when we try this time he abstain which I am happy with and so is he. my question is when would be the best time to dtd to up the chances of a girl???
TIA xxx

Hi Lea!
Welcome back!
We are getting best results for pink with one attempt in the fertile window. That could be one attempt at +OPK, or if you don't want the stress of those, one attempt every 4 days after AF leaves town. GL!Sept 2008 & successful boy sway

Is DE in my future?

Thanks Anchor, I have ordered some opk's. We are definitely only going to make the one attempt as this will be totally opposite from my boys.
So would it be best to try as soon as get positive opk instead of waiting for O+12????
We are due to move next week and then go on holiday in May so we will be waiting until after our jollies before we start trying xxxMummy to 6 beautiful boysand expecting our

ooo Lea exciting!
The things we've found really help are the following:
LE Diet 12 weeks or longer + fiber, coffee, and alcohol, dropping prenatals or vitamins and probiotics but taking folic acid or folate for healthy pregnancy. If you don't want to do diet that's fine, but try to at least go vegetarian as it's a solid second best.
Cardio exercise 60 min. 6-7 days a week, if you can't do that much even 4-5 days has seemed to help (60 min is best)
One attempt. Timing has not seemed to help, I really advise against O+12 as it cuts odds of conception to practically nothing (and most everyone who got pregnant with it ovulated later than they realized) For some reason one attempt has been pink friendly for us. You can do with a cutoff if you prefer or at positive OPK (this is easiest.)
You can do this with abstain if you'd like, but is your husband over 35? Most people over 35 do not do abstain as it may make less healthy sperm.
Clomid or Femara if you can get them
Hubby smoking and riding a bike or jogging.
Things that may help:
Hubby taking OLE (olive leaf extract) and drinking soy milk.
All the rest of the stuff has not seemed to add anything to our results. It just cuts odds of conception and makes people stay on diet too long, then they end up having to practically sway blue so they can start ovulating again.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic,
After doing some reading over the past few days i think we will do a few things that may help us sway just nothing like splime etc.
I'm sure hubby wont mind taking OLE and once we move im sure he will be happy to start up jogging again. We are moving to a new area where its coastal/countryside so i will tell him he can go jogging and take in the views...lol!!!Mummy to 6 beautiful boysand expecting our
