    Ttc during the summer months

    Hi mamas :-)

    I'm New to this forum ! I live in Canada 😊 I have an amazing little man who is 3 and we're hoping to get pregnant again around June / July and hoping for a girl this time ! I've been taking calcium and magnesium supplements and folic acid daily for about 2 months . Wondering about a diet / meal plan ! Also any tips on things that my fiancé can do to help sway a girl ?

    The things that have been the most effective, are having him smoke tobacco if that is something he enjoys (obviously not best habit for health, but it does seem to sway pink) and jogging/biking. Those two things have been effective. Most of our other DH related things have not really panned out.

    Some ladies also like to give their partner soy milk 12-48 oz. a day and olive leaf extract 500-1000 mg but we are not sure if they work. The smoking and exercise do seem to be effective.

    Thanks for replying ! He just recently quit smoking so I think that's out of the question for now ! I've also read about cranberry supplements here . Would that be something I should be getting him to take ? Also , jump and dump . Is this just getting up right after BD ? Sorry for all the questions ! I'm a little overwhelmed with all the info !

    It's ok, he may still have some lingering benefits of the smoking.

    Olive leaf is instead of the cranberry. If you want him to take cranberry then skip the OLE and give him that instead (we don't know which is better)

    J and D is waiting about 5 minutes and then getting up. Some do it right away, most wait 5 min. tho.
